Despite the Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions, by the enclosed General License No.31 dated May 5, 2022 authorizing certain transactions related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights, the USA have allowed payments related to IP rights, incl. the renewal or maintenance of a patent, trademark, copyright, or other form of intellectual property protection, and which is relevant for US based entities.
